if we haven't told you "lemon" and breathe...we probably haven't worked on you:)

we have suggested lemon in our practise for years now. one for its magnificant color, (earth booster) and also for its therapeutic properties which i will explain:
-the romans use it for all types of poison
-effective in curing many digestive issues when mixed with hot water: billiousness, nausea, heartburn, constipation, worm infestations & even hiccups!
-when taken in the morning, acts as a tonic to the liver & stimulates it to produce bile ready for the days digestive demands.
-helps to dissolve gall stones
-high in vit c therefore, prevents and treats many infections
-speeds up wound healing
-brings down high fever
-relieves asthma symptoms, tonsilitis & sore throats
-diuretic (helpful in bladder infections)
-coffee and lemon juice can help treat EVEN malaria!!
-when applied to a nostril with a cotton ball can stop even a nose bleed

so in other words, lemon is very important to utilize.
contact your physician if you have further questions.

nomads hemp wear-EXCLUSIVE to SASKATCHEWAN!!!

vital balance is pleased to announce the Nomads Hemp Wear. arrival is expected early next week. while on vacation in kimberly, jennifer came across this fantastic line of quality, eco friendly clothing that didn't have any scams about "sea weed" in their products. after many washes, wear and tear these garments really do hold there shape and color. in a growing industry of "yogi" gear, this is sometimes hard to maintain. after many years of trial with different fabrics and "logos", this one we can't get away from. keep watch for more details.
